Customs & documents (IE → PT)

Intra-EU shipments of standard personal effects usually do not require customs clearance. We may request a simple box-by-box inventory and value declaration for transport administration and insurance.

Personal effects: prepare a concise inventory per box; avoid shipping IDs, cash, jewellery or hazardous goods. Add optional all-risk cover if needed.
Commercial items (if any): include a proforma/commercial invoice with shipper/consignee details, item descriptions and values (EUR).
