Customs & documents (NL → PT)

Intra-EU shipments of standard personal effects usually do not require customs clearance. We may request a simple box-by-box inventory and value declaration for transport administration and insurance.

Personal effects: inventory supports handling and optional insurance; avoid sending IDs, cash, jewellery or hazardous goods.
Commercial items (if any): provide a proforma/commercial invoice with shipper/consignee details, item descriptions and values (EUR).
