Customs & documents (ES → PT)

Intra-EU shipments of standard personal effects usually do not require customs clearance. We may request a simple box-by-box inventory and value declaration for transport administration and insurance.

Personal effects: prepare a brief inventory per box and avoid sending IDs, cash, jewellery or hazardous goods.
Commercial items (if any): include a proforma/commercial invoice with shipper/consignee data, item descriptions and EUR values.
