FAQ: door-to-door trucking across Europe

What types of door-to-door trucking do you provide across Europe?
Groupage/LTL, PTL, FTL, express vans, temperature-controlled, ADR (on request) and secured options.
Do you serve the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the CIS?
Yes. We operate EU cross-border transports including non-EU countries and selected CIS corridors via partner carriers and customs brokers.
How are transit times calculated?
Transit depends on route distance, service level, seasonal capacity, and customs. Typical EU windows are 2–7 days; express is faster.
What documents are required?
Intra-EU: invoice, packing list, CMR. Non-EU/CIS adds export/import declarations, EORI/VAT, HS codes and any permits.
Can you transport dangerous goods (ADR)?
Yes upon pre-approval. Share UN numbers, class, packing group and SDS so we can arrange compliant vehicles and documentation.
Is my cargo insured?
Carrier liability is limited; for full value we recommend all-risk cargo insurance. We can quote it with your shipment.
What are pallet and packaging rules?
Use sturdy EUR/EPAL pallets, keep stacks stable, strap and wrap securely, protect edges and label each unit clearly.
Do you provide tracking and proof of delivery?
Yes. Milestone updates are available, and we issue POD after delivery. Live tracking is available for selected services.
How are prices built?
Rates depend on lanes, kilometers, weight/volume, service level and accessorials (tail-lift, appointment, waiting time), plus fuel.
How do I book a shipment?
Send an inquiry via the form. We confirm the plan, documents and pickup. For urgent loads, call to dispatch a dedicated van.
